Shipping Information

SafeSense ships to the United States and Canada ONLY

Discreet Shipping and Packaging

At SafeSense, we want you feel comfortable with every aspect of your shopping experience. We ship all orders in a nondescript package with no indication of the contents*. As an added measure, we use our company name, NETFILMENT SYSTEMS, INC. on all shipping labels.

*Due to heightened security measures ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA will have customs documentation listing the exact content of your order.

Standard Service - (anywhere within the United States)

Our Standard Shipping Service is available in within the United States only (including US Teritories APO/APE addresses). With delivery service provided by the U.S. Postal Service shipments will generally arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery time for shipments and, therefore, we cannot ensure delivery within a specified timeframe. At our discression, we may ship via UPS Ground Service.

Second Business Day* - (within Continental US Only.)

Our Second Business Day Service is available in within the Continental United States only, and is provided by UPS. As a general rule, Second Business Day shipments arrive two business days after the order has been processed. Please note that our ordering deadline for Same Day Shipping is 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day. All orders shipped via UPS receive a tracking number and are guaranteed for delivery.

*This service is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO locations or locations outside the continental U.S.

Next Business Day - (within Continental US Only)

Our Next Business Day Service is available in within the Continental United States only, and is provided by UPS. Orders shipped via this method will arrive the next BUSINESS day after the order has been processed. Please note that our deadline for Same Day Shipping is 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM Pacific will be delivered on Monday, holidays excluded. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific on Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday, holidays excluded. All orders shipped via UPS receive a tracking number and are guaranteed for delivery. At our discression, we may ship via USPS Express Mail Service.

International/Canada -

Our International/Canada Service is available in Canada only. With delivery service provided by the U.S. Postal Service/ Canada Post, shipments will generally arrive within 4 to 10 business days. Please be aware that these shipment can not be tracked and that the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery time for shipments and, therefore, we cannot ensure delivery within a specified timeframe
